Noranda Royalties Inc. is a mining project generator incorporated in Quebec. We identify, assemble, and monetize mineral exploration projects targeting metals essential to the energy transition and the industries of the future: gold, copper, nickel, and lithium.
Our model is straightforward: assemble quality ground, structure it for the market, and transact with serious operators. On each transaction, we retain a 2% royalty, building a long-term royalty portfolio alongside our active deal flow.

Our team brings over 20 years of combined experience in junior mining exploration and public company management in Quebec. We have worked across the province, from the Abitibi-Témiscamingue gold and copper belts to the critical mineral-rich James Bay territory.
That depth of on-the-ground knowledge, of the geology, the terrain, and the operators, translates directly into the quality of what we bring to market.

We have assisted foreign-listed mining companies, including Australian-listed juniors, in incorporating operating entities under Quebec and federal law, enabling them to hold claims and conduct business in the province.
Regulatory Navigation
Quebec's mineral tenure system requires specific local knowledge. We guide international operators through claim registration on GESTIM, work permit requirements, and the province's environmental and mining regulations.
